It takes a rare combination of qualities to be a Jaywinger. But fortunately we've managed to attract some of the best people in the business. Much of this is due to the environment we operate in and the kind of challenges and rewards we can offer.
So what kind of people are we looking for? Well, for a start you've got to have a natural intellectual curiosity - you need to be the kind of person who simply won't let a tough problem get the better of you.
You've also got to be someone who feels comfortable within a select group who, between them, have set new boundaries for our industry. We'll let you be yourself and you don't need to be a manager to get on. And we certainly don't expect you to fit the usual corporate mould.
We're looking for people who are passionate about what they do, self sufficient and resourceful too. Predominantly we tend to work virtually, rather than from an office, which gives people more freedom. At the same time it helps if you're bright enthusiastic and gregarious (we like to enjoy ourselves on a social level at Jaywing!).
You'll also have an exceptional track record in your career, whatever stage it's at, and a strong sense of ownership for what you do.
And finally, you need to be one of the rare breed in our business who can actually explain what you mean in plain English.
